Former Nanteos Chef Patron, Nige Jones and former Nanteos Head Chef Emma Hobbs who subsequently moved on to The Ivy as pastry chef have teamed up with Thibault Courtoisier of Cocorico Patisserie, one of the winning team of this year’s Bake Off the Professionals, to deliver this event at Nanteos. The first of its kind at Nanteos and strictly limited in numbers, the evening will feature a 7 course dinner which should be of interest to food lovers with a particular interest in desserts as there are 5. Yes 5! And not a ‘selection of’ but all of them!
