
Wedding Food & Drink
Our kitchen team pride themselves on delivering dishes of the highest quality using local produce. We can cater for up to 80 seated guests in our dining room and larger parties in a marquee.
Choose from our menus or let us know your favourites dishes and our Chefs will be happy to design something uniquely yours, tailored to your requirements and budget.
Once you have confirmed your Wedding date we will invite you to join us for a complimentary wedding tasting so that you can sample your chosen meal and meet your Chefs!
The Powell
Begin with warming a leek & potato soup, smoked salmon paté or chicken liver parfait before tucking into a delicious chicken supreme, Mediterranean vegetable tart or succulent pan-fried sea bream. Bramley apple crumble, sticky toffee pudding or zesty lemon meringue tart to finish.
The Georgian
Start with a refreshing beetroot salad, thai spiced fishcake or ham hock terrine. Your main course is a choice of Nanteos honey glazed pork belly, lentil cottage pie or poached salmon. Followed by a coconut cheesecake, apple frangipane, or indulgent chocolate brownie.
The Nightingale
Excite your taste buds with a starter of braised field mushroom, Korean spiced beef croquette or salmon pastrami. Enjoy a main of roasted duck breast, pan-fried sea bass or wild stuffed mushroom hispi cabbage. Finish off with a rich dark chocolate torte, tonka bean set custard or maple pecan tart.

Drop the formalities and enjoy a more relaxed
meal with an added element of fun among
family and friends.
A roast of your choice with all of the trimmings will be served to the table with one guest designated as the ‘chef’ and responsible for carving the meat.
We will even supply a Chef’s hat for the occasion!
A dessert of your choice to follow.

Raise a toast with friends and family with our complete drinks package or discuss a bespoke option tailored to suit your tastes.
Package includes:
1 glass of welcome drink, post ceremony
(choose from a glass of house wine, pimms, prosecco or bottled beers)
1/2 bottle of house wine per person for the Wedding meal
1 glass of prosecco or sparkling wine for the toast.
