Community Partnership
The Nanteos team are over the moon at being able to announce our involvement, through our Sponsor Partnership, with Dafydd Hughes’s entry in the Global Solo Challenge.
He will be circumnavigating the globe single handed aboard his boat ‘Bendigedig’. Having known Dafydd for some years we are not surprised at his entry to this Challenge, and look forward to reporting his success.
In addition to our sponsorship pledge assisting in the purchase of materials for the boat refit, we will be holding fund-raising evenings with Dafydd prior to the race start in 2023.
We also plan to raise further funding for and awareness of Coed Lleol who help to improve the health and wellbeing of people across Wales though woodland and nature based activities, a group close to Dafydd’s heart.
